Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

• Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thestitchery.org with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help!
Exchanges are processed as a new order once the returned item is received. Contact us to begin the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Digital products

• Gift cards

• Final-sale items (as marked)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

We offer Free Local Pickup : You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the USA.
Any shipments subject to customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is their responsibility.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. We’re happy to help start an investigation if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the damage
  We will work quickly to make it right.
